Order Processing & Shipping Times
- Order Production Time: 8-14 business days
- Shipping Transit Time: 5 - 10 business days
Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations
- Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
- If your item arrives damaged or is the incorrect item, please contact us at sales01@Pincentury.com and we will gladly send you the correct item.
Sales & Coupon Codes
- Coupon codes can only be applied BEFORE completing an order.
- If you forget to enter a coupon code, we cannot refund you the price difference.
Shipping
- Most orders can be shipped within 8-14 business day. When you have any address changes, please contact us ASAP.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information via the email you provided during checkout. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be updated on the UPS/DHL/FedEx
- Once your order is shipped, it is solely under the care of the UPS/DHL/FedEx.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
- If your package is delayed or missing, please contact UPS/DHL/FedEx to inquire about the package first.
- After contacting UPS/DHL/FedEx, please send us an email at sales01@Pincentury.com
- For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs, taxes, etc. according to their respective country laws.
Returned to Sender/Undelivered Packages (Due to incorrectly entered address)
- If your package is returned to sender due to an erroneously entered address, you will be contacted via email within 7 business days of us receiving the returned package.
- You may choose to be refunded the cost of your order, less the shipping cost, or you can choose re-pay the shipping cost in order to have your order shipped again - to an alternate address.
- If you do not respond to the email inquiries within 1 week, you will be refunded the cost of your item(s), less the shipping cost.
